Thank you for purchasing from Marhey Store.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
The product must not have been used, worn or washed.
All original tags, packaging and accessories must be included.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
Please note: Items marked Final Sale , Seasonal Sale , or Personalized are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Deadline
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Any request made after this time limit will not be accepted.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@marhey.com by specifying the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- A photo of the product (and any defect, if applicable)
- Your full name
- Your delivery address
Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide you with specific return instructions, including the return authorization and the address of our central warehouse in Asia, where all returns should be shipped.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and typically range from $20–$40 to our warehouse in Asia.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
As our central warehouse is located in Asia, international shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number to ensure that your package arrives safely.
Marhey Store cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or untracked returns.
A processing and restocking fee (typically €10 per returned item ) may apply to cover administrative costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your return is approved:
The refund will be made to the payment method used when ordering.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges and any restocking fees are non-refundable .
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. Include clear photos of the problem, your order number, and a brief description.
Our quality team will promptly review your file and offer you a replacement or refund.
Claims made after this 5-day period may not be accepted.

While we make every effort to ensure that colors, textures, and materials are displayed as accurately as possible, slight variations in shade, stitching, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing processes.

From time to time, minor differences in fabric composition or feel (for example, cotton versus cotton-polyester blends) may occur based on production availability. These variations are standard in the fashion industry and do not affect the overall quality, look, or function of the product.
If you are not fully satisfied due to such variations, you may still request a return within our standard return period. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer, as outlined in our Return Policy.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase.
After this time, orders are automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return in accordance with this policy.
Important Information
All returns are shipped and processed through our central warehouse in Asia .
Any return sent to an address other than the one indicated in your return authorization will be refused.
Refunds are only issued after physical receipt and verification of returned items at our warehouse.
