Delivery windows are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, labor actions, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title transfer to you once we hand the order to the carrier. Carrier tracking scans are considered valid proof of delivery, and Marhey is not responsible for any packages after carrier confirmation, including loss, theft, or misdelivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, and Marhey is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once an order is placed, we may be unable to change the address. Some orders may ship with signature required at our discretion. Optional shipping protection or insurance (if offered) is recommended; any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier or protection provider. We may fulfill and ship items separately at no additional cost to you, and tracking information will be provided for each shipment whenever available. Duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices. Refused or abandoned shipments are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will either reship it (additional postage may apply) or refund the merchandise price excluding original shipping costs, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
